Finishing What Someone Else Started

P13

It is always hard to take over a project mid way through. Such is the case with 1008 Curdwood. I bought this house out of foreclosure from a bank and it was framed up but that's about it. She's a grand 3100 square feet with all the bells and whistles but I need to give her my signature touches. The thing with going behind someone else is that no one does things the same as you. Or my electrician. Or my plumber. So consequently we end up redoing a lot of work in order to make it right. This has been a challenging project since I typically don't take on houses this large. But the end product will be worth it. As you can see by the picture, things are starting to take shape.
